The mirror can reveal some telltale signs that your overall health is suffering in some areas and needs your attention. Is your hair shiny and strong or do you have split ends, is it overly oily or too dry, is it brittle and does it easily fall out. You should try to include healthy fats in your diet. These include avocados, nuts and olives. You should also try to consume lean chicken and or turkey which help to support healthy cell growth and repair of tissues.
